Lamar Schlabach has directed teams of consultants implementing Artiva Software for Healthcare and other first party clients at Ontario Systems and Equipe Corporation for almost 20 years. He has also consulted clients regarding Revenue Cycle automation and Self-Pay contact strategy as well as managed programs for Equipe Corporation clients.  Lamar is fluent in Artiva scripting language, Artiva workflow tools and file interface programming.  He has extensive knowledge of Artiva database and reporting strategy.

Our Story

Over 20 years ago, we began the study of people; why some are more successful than others, why some thrive and others don’t or perhaps why some seemingly always get in the door and others don’t.  There are of course, many things that contribute to one’s success, but at the top of the list is finding that place where you will thrive (and it may change!).

As we reflect on our time working in financial services, insurance and IT in the ‘90s, we are grateful for the diverse experiences and the people we’ve met along the way.  In 1999, Lamar joined Ontario Systems, a software collections company.  He was part of the early team that grew with Ontario System’s first party product, eventually named Artiva.  After almost 10 years of being immersed in the implementation and support of healthcare and collection clients, Lamar launched Equipe Corporation, a consulting firm that provides resources for mission critical projects in Healthcare IT.  Equipe has been an integral part of many successful implementations and projects over the years and also functions as the system administrator for a number of healthcare and collections clients.
